Adoptions and Breed Placements

Occasionally we have older retired showdogs and those who have taken a brief part in building our showlines..who are no longer shown or bred. Below are some of these dogs available for adoption to the right family. Because they are older dogs and not puppies, we would prefer to place them with people who can come and visit them in person. Sometimes, if a family has previous experience with having owned a Shar-Pei we may waive this requirement. Dogs placed for adoption are , up-to-date with vaccinations and wormings, heartworm free and come with a certified health certificate. There is a minimal charge to cover some of these expenses.

This 1 1/2 year old male, is seeking a permanent Shar-Pei experienced home.
He has been in multiple homes, passed around after his first owner was shipped off to Iraq.
After a series of homes, one which he was crated constantly for 20 hours and day and the same home which failed to notice that his collar had embedded in this neck, he was again passed around to yet another  unsuitable home..but finally....
Rocky has ended up in rescue here in Va and if you think you could give Rocky a chance of a loving forever home, give us a call so we can tell you  all about this little boy. We will share what we know about Rocky and we ask...
